This compact tabletop machine is designed to seal filled cosmetic tubes.
Features
A 24-volt quartz lamp gradually heats the top of the tube using infrared radiation.
A water-cooled metal clamp ensures an airtight seal; a timer controls the appropriate heating duration.

Production: Output depends on the thickness of the tube being sealed; higher rates can be achieved by processing multiple tubes simultaneously (the number of tubes depends on their width and the machine's 120 mm usable capacity).

Operation:
Place the tubes on the metal platform at the appropriate height. Gently press the side lever for a few seconds until the timer indicates that the programmed heating time has elapsed; then, hold the lever down for a couple more seconds to ensure a high-quality seal.
