Our new tube sealer machine Rovetub Plus 2 performs ultrasonic sealing of the pipes and has a system for cutting the excess of material beneath the seal, achieving a grooved weld of 6 mm. with an astounding look, the same as that obtained with automatic tube sealing machines.
The rovetub Plus 2 has a methacrylate protection and a safety system by means of barrier cells, to achieve a simple, safe and reliable tube sealing system, in compliance with CE standards.
The Rovetub Plus 2 can achieve a working speed of 4-5 tubes/minute, with great flexibility. Format changeover can be performed in less than 2 minutes.
The machine includes a coding system for batch code and expiration date (maximum: 8 characters).
Compared to its predecessor model Rovetub Plus, the Rovetub Plus 2 incorporates the following improvements:
- Fan for cooling the welding electrodes.
- New ultrasonic generator control system.
- Color touch screen interface.
- Tube presence detector.
