The B2 Weigher consists of a receiving hopper where the product to be dosed is dumped in bulk.
The product advances by vibration to the weighing hopper, where the accumulated weight is calculated at all times.
We can program two different feed speeds or vibration amplitudes, one to perform the first part of the weighing, and the second one to fine-tune, when we are close to the target weight.
In addition to the change in the feed speed, at the moment of fine tuning, a barrier is automatically lowered that only allows the product to advance on one side of the vibrating tray.
In this way we can achieve a good balance between packaging speed and weighing accuracy.
To work in long series, we recommend adapting an elevator to this machine, so as to be able to comfortably dump the goods at floor height and maintain a constant level of product in the weigher hopper at all times.
